Product Description
1. UPVC Window Profile Extrusion Line using the twin-screw extuder machine.
2. UPVC Window Profile Extrusion Line mainly usd for WPC door and window profile.
3. UPVC Window Profile Extrusion Line mainly consisted of host extruder,mold,vacuum tank,haul-off machine,cutting machine,stacker and so on.
4.The host extrusion capacity can be an hour between 150kg to 450kg optional.
5.Adopt the PLC control system,and using the famous British Eurothrm DC speed gonver can make the produce foaming good.
6.Depending on the different mold,the sharping tank can choose 4 meters,6 meters,8 meters,11meters.
7.All movements are controlled by imported PLC,the design is reasonable,the operation is stable,also it can conduct automatic cutting with fixed length.
